The industry track provides a discussion forum for practitioners such as application developers and testers, managers, and policy makers from business and government agencies, as well as faculty, researchers, and students from universities.
The objective is not only to help the academic community better understand issues that are vital to the industry, but also to give engineers and decision makers an opportunity to express their needs.
We will focus on closing the gap between the state-of-art research conducted in an academic setting and the state-of-practice techniques used in the field.
We hope to establish good communication channels among all parties so that they can team-up to work on projects of mutual interest.
We solicit two types of submissions:
Submit an extended abstract (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of two pages. Each extended abstract should include a title and the name and affiliation of each author. The format of your submission must follow the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex). Accepted abstracts will be published in the QRS 2021 Companion.
Submit a description of your talk on a selected topic within the scope of QRS 2021, including the title, the name and affiliation of the speaker, and a brief bio via email to Dr. Nick Multari. Speakers have the option to publish their presentation slides on the QRS website after the conference.
