The objective of this workshop is to provide researchers and practitioners with an open forum for presenting and discussing their ideas and experiences with technologies, theories, and tools used for conducting Prognostics and Health Management of Engineering and Computer Systems.
The workshop will suffice to represent important topics in Prognostics and Health Management (PHM), but also provide opportunities for an in-depth discussion of theory and practice in selected areas. It will bring PHM experts from academia, industries, and government together to attain synergetic exchanges of ideas and lessons learned. In particular, it not only allows the PHM academic community to understand the areas that are vital to the industry, but also gives practitioners an opportunity to express their needs.

Authors are invited to submit original unpublished research papers as well as industrial practice papers. Simultaneous submissions to other conferences are not permitted. The length of a camera ready paper will be limited to eight pages. Each paper should include a title, the name and affiliation of each author, a 150-word abstract, and up to 6 keywords. Shorter papers (up to four pages) and industry presentation (with only PowerPoint slides) are also allowed.
All papers must conform to the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex) and Submission Guideline set in advance by QRS 2021 co-located workshops. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to pay full registration fee and present the paper at the workshop. Arrangements are being made to publish selected accepted papers in reputable journals. Submissions must be in PDF format and uploaded to the conference submission site.
